炭素行业用浸渍剂沥青制备技术研究进展

浸渍剂沥青是炭素行业常用的致密增补剂,其本身性质很大程度上影响了制品最终的浸渍效果.因此,从炭材料浸渍机理出发,简述了软化点、结焦值、喹啉不溶物(QI)以及甲苯不溶物(TI)等宏观性质的内在关联,综合对比了煤焦油沥青、A-240 石油沥青、催化裂化油浆和乙烯焦油几种原料的性质,综述了国内外浸渍剂沥青的研究现状、改性方法和发展方向,认为石油系浸渍剂沥青是未来的发展趋势.
Research progress on preparation technology of impregnating pitch for carbon industry
Impregnating pitch is commonly used as a dense supplement in carbon industry,and its own properties greatly affect the final impregnation effect of the products.Therefore,based on the impregnation mechanism of carbon materials,the internal relationship of macroscopic properties such as softening point,coking value,quinoline insoluble(QI)and toluene insoluble(TI)is briefly described.The properties of coal tar pitch,A-240 petroleum pitch,catalytic cracking slurry and ethylene tar are compared comprehensively.The research status,modification methods and development direction of impregnating pitch at home and abroad are reviewed.It is indicated that petroleum impregnated pitch is the future development trend.
