水相法制备石墨烯及其性能研究

以纯水为溶剂,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为助剂采用液相剥离法超声剥离制备石墨烯,研究在不同超声时间下石墨烯的剥离情况.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等手段对石墨烯进行形貌及结构分析,利用特征Raman图谱计算出各强度比及层数.其中ID/ID′小于 3.5,说明缺陷小;I2D/IG小于 0.55,即层数小于 7.随着超声时间加长,剥离出来的石墨烯层数减少.此次研究为绿色环保制备石墨烯提供借鉴.
Preparation and performance of graphene by liquid phase method
In this paper,graphene is ultrasonically obtained by liquid phase stripping with pure water as solvent,hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)as assistant.The detachment of graphene under three different ultrasound time is investigated.The mor-phology and structure of graphene dispersions are analyzed by X-ray(XRD)and Raman,and the strength ratios and layers are calcu-lated by using characteristic Raman spectra.The caculated tests show that ID/ID′is less than 3.5,indicating that the defect is small,and I2D/IG is less than 0.55,meaning that the layer number is less than 7.With the increase of ultrasonic time,the number of stripped gra-phene layers decreases.This study provides a reference for the green preparation of graphene.
