Technical proposals for judgement of graphite product exports
After the″Announcement on Optimizing and Adjusting Temporary Export Control Measures for Graphite Items″jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs(Announcement No.39 of 2023)came into effect,due to the fact that there is no relevant testing technical standard for reference at home and abroad,the customs authorities around the country have been hindered in the process of strictly enforcing the national export control policy,which has led to difficulties in customs clear-ance for the export of graphite products throughout the country.Based on the differences in crystallographic characteristics of graphite,production process and performance characteristics of related products,a set of technical proposals for judgement are put forward,which can be used as a reference for customs department and the industry.
