C/C复合材料抗氧化涂层制备工艺研究进展

炭/炭(C/C)复合材料具有优异的物理化学性质,然而在高温有氧环境下极易氧化,这一缺点极大程度限制了其在航天领域的应用.抗氧化涂层技术被认为是提高C/C复合材料抗氧化性能最有效的方法.传统抗氧化涂层制备工艺有包埋法(PC)、化学气相沉积法(CVD)、等离子喷涂法(PS)、溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel)等,是目前工程化应用最广泛的技术,本文系统介绍了该类工艺的涂层特征和应用领域,并综述了在工艺优化方面的研究情况.新型抗氧化涂层制备工艺(LPPS、LPCVD、PECVD、EPD)目前尚未得到广泛的工程化应用,本文重点介绍了该类工艺的设计思路和工作原理,综述了利用该类工艺制备抗氧化涂层的最新研究成果.同时分析了抗氧化涂层工艺在航天领域的应用情况,并对航天领域中抗氧化涂层技术的未来做出展望.
Advances in preparation process of anti-oxidant coatings for C/C composites
Carbon/carbon(C/C)composites have excellent physical and chemical properties,but they are easily oxidized in high tem-perature aerobic environment,which greatly limits their applications in the aerospace field.Anti-oxidant coating technology is considered to be the most effective way to improve the oxidation resistance of C/C composites.The traditional preparation processes,including packing cementation(PC),chemical vapour deposition(CVD),plasma spraying(PS),sol-gel,and so on,are currently the most widely used technologies in engineering.The coating characteristics and application fields of these processes are systematically introduced,and the research progress in process optimization is reviewed.The emerging preparation processes including LPPS,LPCVD,PECVD,EPD,have not been widely applied in engineering.The design ideas and working principles of these processes are introduced,and the latest research progress of the anti-oxidant coatings prepared by these processes is reviewed.The applications of preparation process of anti-oxidant coatings in aerospace field are analyzed,and the future developments of anti-oxidant coating technology are prospected.
