挤压力对GO-CF混杂增强复合材料形状记忆性能的影响

探究不同挤压力对GO-CF混杂增强复合材料形状记忆性能的影响,采用真空浸渗热压成型工艺,分别在 0.3~0.9 MPa挤压力下制备了 7 组形状记忆复合材料,并对其浸渗规律、形状变形区微观机理、固定率、回复率、回复力及回复时间进行分析.实验结果表明:随着挤压力的增加,固定率、回复率和最大回复力呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,而回复时间则呈先减小后增加的趋势.在 0.7 MPa的挤压力下,GO-CF混杂增强复合材料具备理想的浸渗效果,且具备良好的形状记忆性能,固定率为 99.68%,回复率为99.31%,最大回复力为7.5 N.过小或过大的挤压力会导致浸渗效果不佳、基体团聚、基体与纤维的结合性能下降.
Effect of extrusion pressure on shape memory properties of GO-CF hybrid reinforced composites
To explore the influence of different extrusion pressures on the shape memory properties of GO-CF hybrid reinforced com-posites,7 groups of shape memory composites were prepared under extrusion pressures of 0.3~0.9 MPa by vacuum infiltration and hot pressing processes,and their infiltration rules,shape deformation zone microscopic mechanism,fixation rate,recovery rate,recovery force and recovery time were analyzed.The experimental results show that with the increase of extrusion pressure,the fixed rate,recovery rate and maximum recovery force increase first and then decrease,while the recovery time decreases first and then increases.Under extrusion pressure of 0.7 MPa,GO-CF hybrid reinforced composite has ideal infiltration effect,and has good shape memory per-formance with the fixed rate of 99.68%,the recovery rate of 99.31%,and the maximum recovery force of 7.5 N.Too small or too large extrusion pressure will lead to poor infiltration effect,matrix agglomeration,and matrix and fiber bonding properties decline.
