铝电解废旧阴极掺配炭阳极制备工艺参数研究

废旧阴极是铝电解过程中产生的有毒有害固体废物,无害化处理对铝电解工业可持续发展至关重要.本文对粒径<0.074 mm废旧阴极在氩气环境下,1500℃煅烧,使废旧阴极碳含量提升至 97.07%.将预处理后的废旧阴极掺配制备炭阳极.在混捏温度 175℃、混捏时间为 30 min时,炭阳极的灰分为 0.36%、体积密度为 1.572 g/cm3、电阻率 55.07 μΩ·m、空气渗透率 0.52 nPm、抗压强度 32.0 MPa、CO2损失率 2.39%、空气损失率 15.14%,均达到国家标准.该研究为废旧阴极回收提出一种新型再利用思路,以解决废旧阴极堆存对环境造成危害的问题.
Study on technological parameters of preparation for carbon anode blending waste cathode in aluminum electrolysis
SPL(Spent pot lining)is the toxic and harmful solid waste produced in the process of aluminum electrolysis.The harmless treatment is very important for the sustainable development of aluminum electrolysis industry.In this paper,the waste cathode with par-ticle size<0.074 mm was calcined in argon at 1500℃,and the carbon content of the waste cathode was increased to 97.07%.Carbon anode was prepared by mixing waste cathode after pretreatment.When the kneading temperature was 175℃and the kneading time was 30 min,the ash content of carbon anode was 0.36%,the bulk density was 1.572 g/cm3,the resistivity was 55.07 μΩ·m,the air permea-bility was 0.52 nPm,the compressive strength was 32.0 MPa,the CO2 loss rate was 2.39%and the air loss rate was 15.14%.This study puts forward a new recycling idea for waste cathode recycling,in order to solve the problem of waste cathode storage causing harm to the environment.
