石墨化温度及产品位置对产品性能影响的研究

将湖南长宇科技发展有限公司的 2 浸 3 焙产品切割成相同尺寸的若干样品,通过位置进行选取样品,然后研究不同的石墨化温度以及产品的位置对产品综合性能的影响.结果表明,随着石墨化温度的提高,产品的体积密度、收缩率、电学性能均有所提升,力学性能有所降低,并且产品的边缘位置由于浸渍沥青的含量较多,不同石墨化温度处理的样品各项性能均优于中心位置,但是产品不同位置的石墨化度几乎一致.
Effect of graphitization temperature and product location on the properties of products
The products impregnated 2 times and baked 3 times from Hunan Changyu Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.,were cut into several same size samples,and the samples were selected by location,and then the effects of different graphitization temper-atures and product locations on the comprehensive properties of the products were studied.Results show that,with the increase of graphiti-zation temperature,the bulk density,shrinkage rate and electrical properties of the product are improved,and the mechanical properties are decreased.The properites of the product at the edge are superior to those of the central position under different graphitization tempera-ture treatment due to the higher content of impregnated pitch,but the graphitization degree at different positions is almost the same.
