高温气冷堆炭堆芯构件和石墨堆芯构件,因其精度要求高,成品测量需用精密度很高的三坐标测量仪器进行测量.相同机械加工条件下,炭堆芯构件因其材料硬度很高,颗粒粒径较大,加工出的成品精度较低,而石墨堆芯构件因其材料硬度较低,颗粒粒径较小,加工出的成品精度较高.通过炭构件和石墨构件的机加工对比试验,验证了炭构件测量精度超差原因分析的正确性,并有针对性地采取措施,减小成品炭构件因关联尺寸误差引起的形位精度误差.
Machining comparison experiment and measurement exploration of carbon core components and graphite core components for high temperature gas-cooled reactor
Because of the high precision requirements of carbon core components and graphite core components for high temperature gas-cooled reactor,the finished product needs to be measured by high-precision CMM instruments.Under the same mechanical processing conditions,the carbon core component has high material hardness and large particle size,and the finished product precision is low,while the graphite core component has low material hardness and small particle size,and the finished product precision is high.Through the machining comparison test of carbon and graphite components,the correctness of the analysis of the reasons for the measurement ac-curacy of carbon components is verified,and targeted measures are taken to reduce the form and position accuracy errors caused by the associated dimensional errors of finished carbon components.
