炭纤维复合材料回收及再利用技术研究进展

炭纤维复合材料(CFRP)具有低密度、高强度、高模量及耐摩擦性强等优异性能,被广泛应用于航空航天、国防军工、体育休闲、轨道交通等领域.但由于其废弃率高造成了极大的资源浪费和环境污染问题,因此,对CFRP废弃物中高价值炭纤维进行回收再利用成为炭材料领域的研究重点和难点.本文综述了废弃CFRP多种回收方式的应用条件及优缺点,并考察了回收CFRP在高速公路、炭纤维毡布、汽车零配件、炭纤维混凝土等行业的再利用研究现状,指出CFRP回收对实现废弃炭纤维的高值化再利用及减少环境污染具有重要意义.
Research progress in recycling and reusing technologies of carbon fiber reinforced plastics
Carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)have been widely used in aerospace,national defense,military industry,sprots and leisure,rail transit and other fields due to their excellent performance,such as low density,strong wear resistance,high strength and modulus.However,high waste rate of CFRP leads to great resource wastage and environmental pollution.Consequently,recycling and re-using high-value carbon fibers from CFRP waste have become both emphasis and difficulty in the field of carbon materials research.This paper summarized the application condition,advantages and disadvantages of CFRP wastes'recycling methods.The reusing re-search status of recyclable CFRP in the industries of highway,carbon fiber felt,auto parts,carbon fiber reinforced concrete and so on was indicated.Finally,the significance of CFRP recycling in achieving the high-value reuse of carbon fibers and environmental pollution reduction was high lighted.
