制备无烟煤基负极材料的石墨化炉选型与工艺

无烟煤具有多孔和短程微晶/微畴结构,是制备锂电负极材料的理想材料.采用艾奇逊炉把无烟煤加热到 2 800~3 000℃,可获得性能优良的锂电池负极炭材料.无烟煤的石墨化工艺是制备无烟煤基负极材料的关键点,针对 40t/a无烟煤基负极材料中试项目,确定了无烟煤基负极材料技术开发的石墨化窑炉炉型尺寸,计算确定了石墨化炉升温过程中的电流、电压及功率曲线等参数.
Type selection and technology of graphitization kiln for preparation of anthracite based anode materials
Anthracite has a porous and short-range microcrystalline and microdomain structure,which is an ideal material for the prepa-ration of lithium anode materials.By heating anthracite to 2 800~3 000℃in Acheson furnace,the carbon anode material for lithium battery with excellent performance can be obtained.The graphitization process of anthracite is the key point for the preparation of an-thracite based negative electrode materials.For the 40 tons/year pilot project of anthracite based negative electrode materials,the fur-nace type size of the graphitization kiln is determined,and the current,voltage and power curve and other parameters during the heating process of the graphitization furnace are calculated and determined.
