为了对石墨烯样品作出明确判断,提出了一种系统的石墨烯的判定方法.针对由物理法和化学法获得的石墨烯,通过拉曼光谱、SEM、XPS、XRD及TEM等手段对样品是否为石墨烯进行判定,并选择了市场上的2 个厂家生产的2 种物理法石墨烯(G1,G2)和 2 种化学法石墨烯(G3,G4)作为典型样品,石墨粉和氧化石墨烯作为对比样品,对提出的判定方法进行了验证.结果表明:(1)该判定方法打破了单一判定方法存在的不确定性或误判问题,多种判定手段相互印证和补充,可以对物理法石墨烯和化学法石墨烯作出明确判定;(2)通过该判定方法,G2~G4 样品被判定为石墨烯,G1 样品被判定为非石墨烯;(3)G1 样品与商家描述不符的现象进一步说明了石墨烯市场环境亟须净化的现状.
Research of determination methods for graphene
In order to determine the graphene sample definitively,a comprehensive determination method for graphene was proposed.Graphene prepared by physical and chemical methods on the market were selected to be analyzed by Raman spectroscopy,SEM,XPS,XRD and TEM analysis to determine whether they were graphene.Graphene prepared by physical and chemical methods from two man-ufacturers were selected as typical samples,and graphite powder and graphene oxide were selected as comparison samples to validate the proposed graphene determination method.The results show that,(1)the determination method can make a clear determination of graphene prepared by physical and chemical methods,because it is carried out through a variety of determination means to confirm and supplement each other,breaking the uncertainty that is common in a single determination method;(2)according to the determination method,samples G1~G4 were determined to be graphene,and sample G1 was determined to be not graphene;(3)the actual judgment result of sample G1 was inconsistent with the description given by the merchant,which further illustrates the current situation of the graphene market in urgent need of purification.
