含碳耐火材料抗氧化性测试探讨

探讨了利用脱碳层(变色层)计算氧化率法、氧化前后强度变化率法和氧化失重率法测定含碳耐火材料抗氧化性的可行性.以镁碳砖及阴极炭块为试样,进行了应用测试,通过对测试结果进行分析讨论,提出了不同含碳耐火材料相应的检验思路,有利于更科学、准确地反映含碳耐火材料的抗氧化性能.
Discussion on measuring the oxidation resistance of carbon-containing refractories
The feasibility of three measurement methods,including decarburization layer(discoloration layer)to calculate oxidation rate,strength change rate before and after oxidation,and oxidation weight loss rate method,to determine the oxidation resistance of car-bon-containing refractories were explored.Application tests were conducted on magnesium carbon bricks and cathode carbon blocks as samples.Through analysis and discussion of the test results,corresponding inspection ideas for different carbon-containing refractories were proposed,which is conducive to more scientific and accurate reflection for the oxidation resistance of carbon containing refractory materials.
