石墨电极环塞规测量精度分析及误差补偿方法研究

在对石墨电极测量环塞规及校对规的测量原理及方法进行研究的基础上,对测量误差进行了分析并提出一种误差补偿方法.通过该算法进行补偿,有效地解决了校对规制造精度误差带来的校对误差问题,实现了精确测量并降低了对校对规的制造精度的要求.
Measurement accuracy analysis and error compensation of graphite electrode ring gauge plug gauge
On the basis of studying the principle and method of measuring ring plug gauge and proofreading gauge with graphite elec-trode,the measuring error is analyzed and put forward.An error compensation method is proposed.Through the compensation of the algo-rithm,the proofreading error caused by the accuracy error of proofreading is effectively solved.Accurate measurement is achieved and the requirement for manufacturing accuracy of the calibrator is reduced.
