摘要

[目的/意义]基于"频次"与基于"引文"的评价方法本质上是对学术论文"影响力"的评价,与学术创新性并不完全对等,从内容层次和语义层次对学术论文进行新颖性测度能够为学术论文创新性评价提供新思路.[方法/过程]研究遵循数据驱动的学术评价范式路径.首先,基于分类比较的思想构建创新知识元谱系的概念模型;其次,基于创新知识元谱系构建学术论文新颖性测度模型;最后,通过实证验证模型的适用性.[结果/结论]实证结果表明,研究所提出的新颖性测度模型借助创新知识元谱系作为参照系,采用分类比较思想进行评价,能够实现从语义内容层面测度学术论文的新颖性.但该模型同时存在谱系适用性的局限.

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance]The paper evaluation based on"frequency"and"citation"essentially eval-uates the"influence"of academic papers,which is not completely equivalent to academic innovation.Measuring the novelty from the content and semantic levels is a new approach for evaluating the innovation of academic pa-pers.[Method/Process]This study followed the data-driven academic evaluation paradigm.Firstly,it constructed a conceptual model of the innovative knowledge elements genealogy on classification and comparison.Secondly,it proposed a model for measuring the novelty of academic papers on the innovative knowledge elements genealogy.Finally,it empirically verified the applicability of the model.[Result/Conclusion]The empirical results indicate that the novelty measurement model is able to measure the novelty of academic papers at the level of semantic con-tent on the innovative knowledge elements genealogy and the idea of classification and comparison.However,the model also suffers from the limitation of genealogical applicability.
