The Cause and Analysis of Scientific Data Security Issues
[Purpose/Significance]Scientific data is an important resource for national development,and its security has received more and more attention.In order to better manage scientific data and guarantee its security,this paper starts from the actual needs,sorts out the existing scientific data security problems,constructs its cause model,and summarizes the cause mechanism.[Method/Process]On the basis of the existing theory,this paper took in-depth interviews with 22 researchers from different scientific disciplines,and stakeholders in scientific data management.With the text analysis,this paper conducted the three-level coding of the interview data,analyzed the current situation of scientific data security,and formed its cause model.[Result/Conclusion]It finds that the causes that affect the security of scientific data include seven model dimensions,including consciousness,demand,man-agement,system,social environment and facility environment.The whole life cycle of scientific data is likely to encounter security threats.
