Study on Collaborative Information Utilization Behavior in Heterogeneous College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teams
[Purpose/Significance]This paper reveals the process and influencing factors of collaborative in-formation utilization behavior in heterogeneous college students'innovation and entrepreneurship teams through empirical research,and provides theoretical support for helping college students make better use of information to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship.[Method/Process]The study used participatory observation and semi-structured interview to collect data,and conducted an exploratory study on the collaborative information uti-lization behavior in heterogeneous college students'entrepreneurship and innovation teams through the three-level coding of grounded theory.[Result/Conclusion]The core findings are as follows:1)The collaborative informa-tion utilization behavior in heterogeneous college students'innovation and entrepreneurship team runs through the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship,including five stages of innovation and entrepreneurship:creative incubation,entrepreneurial plan,project formation,entrepreneurial landing,and stable operation(reform completion).2)In order to achieve different purposes at each stage,the team uses a variety of information to solve various problems,and ultimately achieve innovation and entrepreneurship.3)The factors that affect the collabora-tive information utilization behavior of heterogeneous college students'innovation and entrepreneurship teams are divided into internal factors and external factors.The internal factors include'member ability literacy factors'and'member relationship factors';External factors include'environmental factors'.Based on this,this paper puts for-ward some suggestions to the team,universities and society from the perspective of information utilization to ensure the effective information utilization in the innovation and entrepreneurship team and to improve the effect of team innovation and entrepreneurship,so as to promote the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.
