Research on Influencing Factors of Users'Digital Hoarding Behavior on User-Generated Content Platforms:Taking Xiaohongshu as an Example
[Purpose/Significance]Analyzing the influencing factors of user-generated content(UGC)platform users'digital hoarding behavior can enrich and expand the research of digital hoarding,and provide reference for optimizing the design of UGC platforms.[Method/Process]Taking Xiaohongshu as an example,based on the the-ory of planned behavior,the paper constructed a model of the influencing factors of users'digital hoarding behavior on UGC platforms,and adopted SPSS and AMOS to analyze the data collected by questionnaire survey.[Result/Conclusion]Users'attitudes and subjective norms positively influence digital hoarding intention,while attitude,us-ers'cultural identity,and physical hoarding behavior positively influence digital hoarding behavior.UGC platforms can deal with users'collection-based digital hoarding by guiding them to collect carefully,providing reminders and regular cleaning functions,and setting collection limits and classification labels.
