学术出版领域关于AI工具使用的应对策略探析——以ChatGPT为例

摘要
[目的/意义]分析当前学术出版界在面对以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能(AI)工具时的态度、措施与政策,为AI4Science背景下学术出版政策体系构建提供参考.[方法/过程]运用网络与文献调研法、内容分析法等系统扫描和分析各类学术出版相关方对于AI工具使用的政策/声明.[结果/结论]不同学术出版相关方对AI工具使用的应对速度不同,但其关注点和政策关键因素比较一致,而就政策/声明关键术语及具体操作层面体现出的差异较大.从利益相关方视角看,不同学术出版相关方发布AI工具使用政策/声明的模式不尽相同.未来,学术出版相关方对于AI工具使用的应对仍将处于不断摸索和调试阶段.各学术出版相关方应加强沟通与协同,积极制定应对AI工具使用的政策框架.学术共同体应充分联动,构建关于AI工具使用的政策和规则体系.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]To analyze the attitudes,measures and policies on the use of AI tools,rep-resented by ChatGPT,in the academic publishing can provide reference for the construction of academic publish-ing policy system in the context of AI4Science.[Method/Process]The policies/statements on the use of AI tools,issued by various academic publishing stakeholders,were systematically scanned and analyzed with the internet/literature research and content analysis.[Result/Conclusion]For the use of AI tools,different academic publishers have different response speeds.They are relatively consistent in their concerns and key policy factors,and greatly different in the key terms and specific operational aspects of the policy/statement.From a stakeholder perspective,different academic publishing stakeholders have different patterns of issuing policy/statement on the use of AI tools,but their response need continuous exploration and debugging in the future.Academic publishing stakeholders should strengthen communication and coordination,actively formulate a policy framework to deal with the use of AI tools.The academic community should be fully linked to build a policy system on it.
