[目的/意义]挖掘以"伯乐型专利"为代表的高质量科技成果的形成和演化规律,以促进科技成果的转移与转化,进一步为企业的创新发展提供有力支持.[方法/过程]以中国和美国人工智能领域的专利家族为研究对象,通过构建知识迸发检测模型(KBDM),寻找善于从海量专利成果中发现、延续和继承高质量专利成果知识的专利.[结果/结论]通过KBDM模型,总计识别29 925个伯乐型专利.伯乐型专利的地域分布呈现出全球化的特点.伯乐型专利申请人主体主要为人工智能领域的龙头企业,这些企业具备领先的技术经验和发现潜在高价值专利的能力.研究还发现伯乐型专利具有集聚效应,多个伯乐型专利常常共同发现具有潜在的知识价值,积极地通过协同唤醒整个专利家族的潜力.这突出伯乐型专利在创新生态系统中的重要性,促进了知识的传播.最后研究还发现,家族内的专利被引频次与唤醒专利家族的伯乐型专利数量之间存在正向关系.这一研究为伯乐型专利的特征和作用提供全面的理解,有助于更好地应用专利知识在科技创新和知识传播方面.
Identification and Characterization of Bó Lè Patents
[Purpose/Significance]This study explores the formation and evolution of high-quality scientific and technological achievements represented by"Bó Lè"-type patents,in order to promote the transfer and trans-formation of scientific and technological achievements,and further provide strong support for the innovative development of enterprises.[Method/Process]This study took patent families in artificial intelligence in China and the United States as research objects,constructed the knowledge burst detection model(KBDM)to search for patents that could discover,continue,and inherit high-quality patent knowledge from a large number of pat-ents.[Result/Conclusion]In this study,a total of 29,925"Bó Lè"-type patents are identified through the KBDM model.Its geographical distribution is characterized by internationalization and cross-discipline.The applicant body is mainly leading enterprises in artificial intelligence,with leading technological experience and the ability to identify potential high-value patents.Bó Lè patents have agglomeration effect,several Bó Lè patents can often discover potential knowledge value together,and actively awaken the entire patent family through synergy.It shows the importance of"Bó Lè"patents in the innovation ecosystem and their role in knowledge dissemination.It also finds a positive relationship between the citations frequency of the patent family and the number of"Bó Le"-type patents that awakened the patent family.It provides a comprehensive understanding of the characteris-tics and roles of"Bó Lè"-type patents and contributes to a better application in science and technology innova-tion and knowledge dissemination.
