[Purpose/Significance]It is helpful to clarify the path and blueprint for the high-quality develop-ment of public cultural services by exploring the relevance,dilemma and implementation of public library service system innovation under the background of digital intelligence.[Method/Process]With network research,literature research and case analysis,this article explored the practical significance of the innovation of public library service system in digital intelligence,analyzed and summarized the current development status,revealed the current diffi-culties,and proposed specific realization paths.[Result/Conclusion]There are advantages and risks in the public library service system construction in digital intelligence.It is necessary to seek empowerment entry points and methods from five paths:users,librarians,resources,space,and technology,and promote innovation in the public library service system.
