摘要
[目的/意义]探索我国基层公共数字文化服务平台建设规律,为促进基层公共文化机构数字文化服务平台的建设和发展提出可行之策.[方法/过程]通过文献调研法、亲和图法和鱼骨图法等,将公共数字文化服务平台建设要素确定为平台设计、平台管理、平台服务和文化资源4个维度.以"金寨县文化馆基层智能服务端"为个案,探讨我国公共文化云基层智能服务端应用实践在以上4个维度方面的表现.[结果/结论]"金寨县文化馆基层智能服务端"是我国基层公共数字文化服务平台建设的优秀典范,能为我国基层公共文化机构积极开通机构独立在线服务平台、实现平台有效管理、优化服务供给、挖掘文化资源等方面提供实践启示.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Exploring the community-level public digital cultural service platforms is to put forward feasible measures to promote its construction and development.[Methods/Processes]Through liter-ature research,affinity diagram and fishbone diagram,it identified the four dimensions of the public digital cultural service platform construction elements,namely,platform design,platform management,platform service and cul-tural resources.Taking"Jinzhai County Cultural Center Intelligent Service Platform"as a case study,it discussed the performance of China's Public Culture Cloud Community-Level Intelligent Service application in the above four dimensions.[Results/Conclusions]"Jinzhai County Culture Center Intelligent Service"is an excellent model for the construction of public digital cultural service platform.It can provide practical reference for community-lev-el public cultural institutions to actively open their independent online service platforms,realize effective manage-ment of the platforms,optimize service supply,and explore cultural resources.
