国(境)外高校图书馆最新借阅政策调查与分析

摘要
[目的/意义]在读者阅读需求和习惯变化的背景下,对2023年QS世界大学排名前35名国(境)外高校图书馆最新的借阅政策进行调查分析,以期为我国高校图书馆借阅政策的调整和优化提供参考.[方法/过程]对国(境)外著名高校图书馆的借阅政策进行网络调研并辅以文献调研,从传统借阅权限、逾期管理以及还书管理等方面对其最新借阅政策进行总结和分析.[结果/结论]国(境)外高校图书馆目前的借阅政策出现无限量借阅和大额外借量、无限次续借或特定条件下自动续借、用固定还书日代替固定借期等细化借阅期限、多样化逾期管理措施等诸多新特点,我国高校图书馆应该结合实际情况,加强借阅数据分析和用户调查,按需调整借阅政策,优化借阅服务.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Against the changes in readers'reading needs and habits,this paper reviews the latest borrowing policies of the top 35 foreign/overseas university libraries listed in the QS World Universi-ty Rankings 2023,for the adjustment and optimization of the borrowing policies in Chinese university libraries.[Method/Process]Through network research and literature research,this paper summarizes and analyzes the latest borrowing policies of the research objects from the traditional borrowing privileges,overdue management and book return management.[Result/Conclusion]The current borrowing policies of foreign/overseas university libraries exhibit some new features,such as unlimited borrowing and large extended borrowing allowances,unlimited or automatic renewal under specific conditions,fixed return dates instead of fixed loan periods,diversified overdue management,etc.According to the actual situation,university libraries in China should increase the analysis of bor-rowing data and user surveys,and adjust the borrowing policies on users'demand to optimize borrowing services.
