摘要
[目的/意义]探寻科学且可持续的数字保存联盟运营模式具有重要意义,能有效持续推进数字保存工作.[方法/过程]通过文献网络调研获取43个国外数字保存联盟在组织与服务、技术与设施及资金3维度的运营现状;随后,运用清晰集定性比较分析(csQCA)方法对其开展的成员管理、资源存储、资源获取、服务方式、技术研发、设施建设、资金获取等运营实践进行组态分析,据此归纳出运营模式.[结果/结论]揭示4类运营模式:资源存取型、知识共享型、技术驱动型及项目驱动型模式,对比分析其特征与适用情境.针对我国数字保存联盟发展现状,从组织与服务、技术与设施、资金3个方面提出运营实践优化与运营模式选择的启示,为推动我国数字保存联盟形成科学可行的运营模式提供参考.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]It is of great significance to explore a scientific and sustainable digital pres-ervation alliances mode,which can continuously promote digital preservation.[Method/Process]Through litera-ture and web-based survey,the paper investigated 43 foreign digital preservation alliances from three dimensions,i.e.,organization and services,technology and facilities,and funding.With crisp-set qualitative comparative anal-ysis(csQCA)method,it analyzed the alliance configuration from member management,resource storage,resource acquisition,service mode,technology development,facility construction,and fund acquisition,and summarized its operation modes accordingly.[Result/Conclusion]It concludes four types of operation modes,namely,resource access,knowledge sharing,technology-driven and project-driven modes,and compares their characteristics and ap-plicable situations.In view of Chinese digital preservation alliance,it proposes the optimization of the practices and the mode selection from the organization and services,technology and facilities,and funds,so as to provide refer-ence for the formation of a scientific and feasible operation mode in China.
