图书馆机器人服务用户体验影响机理研究

[目的/意义]系统探索图书馆机器人服务用户体验影响机理,为图书馆智慧化转型、人智交互创新发展、机器人服务优化提供参考依据.[方法/过程]利用扎根理论方法,获取25位拥有图书馆机器人使用经历用户的半结构化访谈数据,并对其系统编码,提炼出114个初始概念、38个基本范畴和10个主范畴.基于此,全面识别不同范畴间的作用关系与影响过程,并系统构建图书馆机器人服务用户体验影响机理的理论模型.[结果/结论]研究结果表明,图书馆机器人服务用户体验作为一个复杂性系统,涉及用户体验、设计、服务、信息、系统、环境和用户7个维度.其中,服务在设计、信息、系统和环境对用户体验的影响中具有中介作用,同时,在"用户"维度的调节作用下,设计、服务、信息、系统、环境共同对用户体验产生影响.
Research on the Influencing Mechanism of User Experience of Robot Services in Libraries
[Purpose/Significancel Exploring the influencing mechanism of user experience of robot services in libraries can provide reference for intelligent transformation of smart libraries,innovative development of human-intelligence interaction,and optimization of robot services.[Method/Process]Semi-structured interview data was obtained through interviews with 25 users with experience using library robot services.By adopting grounded theory,this study extracted 114 initial concepts,38 basic categories and 10 main categories.Further-more,it identified the influence paths and processes between different categories,and systematically constructed a theoretical model of influence mechanism of user experience of robot services in libraries.[Result/Conclu-sion]The research shows that user experience of robot services in libraries,as a complex system,involves seven dimensions,including user experience,design,services,information,system,environment,and user characteris-tics.Among them,the services dimension plays a mediating role in the impact of design,information,systems,and environment on user experience,while with the moderating role of user characteristics,the design,services,information,system and environment collectively have an impact on user experience.
