摘要
[目的/意义]梳理国内图书馆用户画像相关研究成果,为该领域的未来发展提供参考.[方法/过程]首先,利用CNKI数据库对国内研究成果进行检索,筛选后得到206篇目标文献,通过LDA主题建模得到研究热点主题;其次,运用文献内容分析法梳理我国图书馆用户画像的研究进展;最后,根据研究现状提出未来研究趋势.[结果/结论]国内图书馆用户画像的研究重点包括服务研究和模型研究两个类别,具体分为阅读推广、精准服务、学科服务、学术科研、理论构建、技术系统研究和图书馆运营7个研究主题.究其内容可知,虽然现有研究成果丰富,但仍然存在服务研究不全面、画像建模数据单一、用户隐私意识不足和理论实践不均衡等问题.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]This paper reviews the research of library user portrait in China and pro-vides reference for the future development of this field.[Method/Process]Firstly,it retrieved the domestic aca-demic papers in CNKI,screened 206 target literatures,and obtained hot topics through LDA topic modeling.Sec-ondly,it analyzed the research progress of library user portrait in China by the document content analysis.Finally,according to the current research situation,it put forward the future research prospects.[Result/Conclusion]The research focus of library user portrait in China includes two categories,service research and model research,which are specifically divided into seven research topics,that is,reading promotion,precision service,discipline service,academic research,theory construction,technical system research and library operation.It shows that although the existing research results are abundant,there are still problems such as incomplete service research,single data of portrait modeling,lack of user privacy awareness and imbalanced theory and practice.
