我国智慧养老平台服务生态系统的数据资源需求模型构建研究

摘要
[目的/意义]分析我国智慧养老综合服务平台建设涉及的主体和每个主体涉及的数据资源主题,构建智慧养老综合服务平台数据资源需求模型,为智慧养老数据标准建设和数据管护提供数据基础和理论参考.[方法/过程]采集全国各地109份智慧养老综合服务平台招标文件,首先使用内容分析法从行动者网络视角对平台不同主体的数据需求和数据来源进行编码分析,然后利用Gephi对每个主体的编码结果进行共现聚类,识别主题,并使用TF-IDF和Word2vec算法计算不同主体数据资源主题词的语义相似度,最后基于服务生态系统理论构建数据资源需求模型.[结果/结论]最终识别出智慧养老综合服务平台的11个行动者,包括8个人类行动者和3个非人类行动者.构建的数据资源需求模型从宏观、中观、微观3个层面展示了各主体涉及的主要数据主题以及不同主体间的数据流通和协作关系.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]This paper analyzes the entities involved in the construction of China's smart aging service platform and the theme of data resources related to each entity,builds the data resource demand model of smart aging service platform,and provides data basis and theoretical reference for the smart aging data standards construction and data management.[Method/Process]This study collected 109 bidding documents of smart aging service platforms across the country.First,it conducted content analysis to code and analyzed the data demands and data sources of different platform entities from the perspective of actor networks.Then,it used Gephi to cluster the coding results of each entity to identify themes,and used TF-IDF and Word2vec algorithms to calcu-late the semantic similarity of data resource theme words for different entities.Finally,it constructed the data re-source demand model based on the service ecosystem theory.[Result/Conclusion]This study identifies 11 actors in the smart aging service platform,including 8 human actors and 3 non-human actors.The constructed data resource demand model shows the main data themes involved by each entity and the data flow and collaboration between different entities from the macro,meso and micro levels.
