微博"图书馆"热点话题的主题特征分析及启示

摘要
[目的/意义]社交媒体是社会认知与社会价值传播的重要渠道,"图书馆"热点话题系统反映了当前公众对于图书馆的关注点和价值观走向,对其展开分析将为图书馆拓宽文化服务广度、提升公众关注度提供参考依据.[方法/过程]以微博热搜中的"图书馆"热点话题及其评论为研究对象,借助文本挖掘软件(GooSeeker)与社会网络分析软件(UCINET),从话题领袖属性、微博话题主题、评论感情色彩三者之间的关联以及关键词聚类角度出发,探究图书馆热点话题的主题特征.[结果/结论]"图书馆"热点话题涉及到图书馆学领域既有成熟研究和当下研究热点,与时代发展同频;话题的情感色彩比例接近于评论的情感色彩占比,可见积极话题可以带来积极评论,反之亦然.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Social media is an important channel for the dissemination of social cogni-tion and social value.The hot topic system related to"library"reflects the current public's concern and value trend for the library.Analyzing these topics can provide valuable reference for libraries,broaden the breadth of cultural services and enhance public attention.[Method/Process]This paper examined the hot topics of"library"and their associated comments on Weibo hot search list.With the text mining software(GooSeeker)and social network anal-ysis software(UCINET),this paper explored the thematic characteristics of"library"hot topics from the perspective of the relationship among topic leader attributes,Weibo topic topics,emotional comments and keyword clustering.[Result/Conclusion]The hot topic of"library"encompasses the predominant scholarly investigations and ongoing research areas within the field of library science,corresponding to the modern advancements in society.The propor-tion of the emotional topic is close to the proportion of the emotional comment.This indicates that positive topics can bring positive comments,and vice versa.
