Think Tank Advisory Report:Type Selection,Topic Selection Strategy and Acquisition Path
[Purpose/Significance]Systematically exploring and summarizing the think-tank research principles and constructing an independent knowledge system are an important part of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteris-tics.It is of great significance to deeply analyze the principles of topic selection and establish the criterion of topic selection for the think tank research.[Method/Process]Based on the paradigm of"middle-range theory",the paper analyzed the successful practice of think-tank advisory service in China,and summarized the report type selection,topic selection strategy and topic acquisition path of the new-type think tank advisory report with Chinese characteristics,and supplemented a func-tional module of the think tank system in China.[Result/Conclusion]The type selection of the think tank advisory report mainly focuses on the matrix of 9 major categories and 36 subcategories.The topic selection can adopt 12 strategies,and the topic acquisition can follow 5 main paths and 26 branch paths.The integration of report type selection,topic selection strate-gy,and acquisition path represents the direction,content and carrier of precise topic selection in think tank research.It consti-tutes a prerequisite for the advisory and administrative support of high-level think tank and serves as an important part of the research technology system and toolbox of the new-type think tank with Chinese characteristics.
