大语言模型背景下文献的跨学科知识组织和可视化研究

[目的/意义]大科学时代,跨学科知识的融合成为科学发展的重要方向,也给跨学科知识组织和服务带来了巨大机遇和挑战.为提供跨学科知识服务,图书情报人员需对不同学科知识进行跨学科组织.[方法/过程]通过运用大语言模型中的命名实体识别技术、情感分析方法等对引文内容中隐藏的跨学科概念和跨学科知识关联进行识别和量化,并结合RDF数据格式和Virtuoso数据库对文献中的跨学科知识进行知识组织,最终以我国图情领域为例结合可视化方式对领域内跨学科知识的组合路径、被接纳程度等进行呈现,以便从多维度对跨学科知识的结合和演化过程进行分析.[结果/结论]研究从引用情感角度衡量跨学科知识组合被学科知识体系接纳的程度并进行知识组织,从而实现跨学科知识结合过程、路径以及效果的可视化呈现,为跨学科知识组织研究提供一定程度的参考.
Research on the Interdisciplinary Knowledge Organization and Visualization of Literatures Under the Background of Large Language Model
[Purpose/Significance]In the big science era,the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge has become an important direction for scientific development,bringing both opportunities and challenges to the knowledge services.To provide effective interdisciplinary knowledge services,library and information researchers need to organize knowledge from different disciplines.[Method/Process]By using named entity recognition techniques and sentiment analysis methods in large language models,this paper identified and quantified hidden interdisciplinary concepts and knowledge connections in citation content.By combining RDF data format and Virtuoso database,it organized the interdisciplinary knowledge in literatures.Taking domestic library and information science as an example,it visualized the combination paths and acceptance levels of interdisciplinary knowledge,so as to analyze the integration process and evolution of interdisciplin-ary knowledge from multiple dimensions.[Result/Conclusion]The study adopts a new method to measure the acceptance of interdisciplinary knowledge combinations in the disciplinary by analyzing citation sentiment,and carries out the knowledge organization.By visualizing the process,path,and effects of interdisciplinary knowledge integration,this study provides some references for further exploration in the field of the interdis-ciplinary knowledge organization.
