Paradigm Transformation and Path Selection of Rural Governance in the Era of Big Data
With the rapid development of information technologies such as cloud computing and the Internet of Things,the role of big data in rural governance paradigms has become increasingly evident.Currently,there are problems in rural governance in China,such as administrative means of governance,fragmented governance systems,single governance entities,and inefficient supervision systems.Applying big data to ru-ral governance can timely collect and grasp social and public opinion,truly achieving democratic gover-nance,clarifying the rights and responsibilities of governments at all levels,establishing a smooth and dy-namic work system;promoting widespread participation of villagers in governance and changing the di-lemma of a single subject in rural conflict governance;optimizing village affairs supervision and building a rural governance pattern of joint construction,sharing,and governance.In order to further empower rural re-vitalization with big data,it is necessary to accelerate the establishment of a unified rural governance infor-mation platform and broaden social and public opinion;establish a people-oriented governance concept and resolving conflicts;establish a sound governance system with multiple stakeholders,and stimulate the vital-ity of rural development;and strengthen data support for decision-making and improve the performance of rural revitalization.
