Constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese philosophy and social sciences is a ma-jor issue of the times that the Chinese academic community is currently facing.From the perspective of meth-odological consciousness,in constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese philosophy and so-cial sciences,it is necessary to adhere to the methodology of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,so as to realize the transformation of the orientation of knowledge production from the West to China;adhere to the basic methods of Marxist epistemology to realize the transformation of the form of knowledge expression from experience to theory;adhere to the basic methods of Marxist dialectics to realize the transformation of the thinking of knowledge innovation from opposition to integration.Only in this way can substantial breakthroughs be achieved in constructing an independent knowledge system of Chi-nese philosophy and social sciences,guiding us to win new victories for socialism with Chinese characteris-tics in the new era,and having a profound and long-lasting impact on the development of human civilization.
