On the Realization Path of the Rule of Law Construction of China's Hydrogen Energy Industry
Hydrogen energy is a clean energy with great development potential in the 21st century,and ensur-ing the development of the hydrogen energy industry through the rule of law is a global trend.Currently,the rule of law construction of China's hydrogen energy industry is in its initial stage,showing varying degrees of progress at the policy,legal,and standard levels.Meanwhile,the rule of law construction of China's hy-drogen energy industry also faces challenges such as management difficulties caused by the dual legal attri-butes of hydrogen energy,a scarcity of hydrogen-related legal norms,the need for overall planning of the hydrogen energy legal system,and the lack of corresponding safety standards to guarantee the operation of hydrogen energy laws.Future work on the rule of law construction of China's hydrogen energy industry should focus on the following aspects:dealing with the dual legal attributes of hydrogen energy with typo-logical thinking,continuously improving hydrogen energy policies and laws to strengthen regulatory con-struction,orderly promoting the greening of the energy legal system,and accelerating the construction of the safety standard system for the hydrogen energy industry.
