摘要
干部制度改革需从以下方面继续深化:将全过程人民民主理念融入干部制度之中;强化党组织作用并形成相应的竞争机制;将好干部标准贯彻落实到考核评价制度中;提升干部的数字素养以应对数字时代发展;进一步打通各领域之间人才流动渠道;干部监督管理制度需要从体系上常抓不懈.
Abstract
The reform of the cadre system needs to be further deepened from the following aspects:integrating the concept of whole-process people's democracy into the cadre system;strengthen the role of party organizations and form corresponding competitive mechanisms;implementing the standards for good cadres into the assessment and evaluation system;enhance the digital literacy of cadres to cope with the development of the digital age;fur-ther opening up channels for talent flow between various fields;the cadre supervision and management system needs to be constantly implemented from a systematic perspective.
