摘要
文化向上心态展现为主体对先进文化的选择和创造、对正确的文化发展道路的探索和追求、对文化理想的坚守和努力.培育文化向上心态既是文化主体自由发展的条件,也是一个国家、一个民族前行所依赖的精神支撑.中华民族文化向上心态培育既有坚实的社会基础,也面临浮躁、庸俗、颓废、偏执等不良文化心态的冲击.新时代,弘扬中国精神,树立文化理想,开展文化批判,加强文化治理,发展教育与文化事业,抵制错误的文化思潮,纠偏不良的文化心态,培育良好的社会心态,构成了中华民族文化向上心态培育的目标任务和路径系统.
Abstract
The cultural upward mindset manifests as the subject's choice and creation of advanced culture,ex-ploration and pursuit of the correct path of cultural development,and adherence to and efforts towards cultural ide-als.The cultural upward mindset is not only a condition for the free development of cultural subjects,but also a spir-itual support that a country or a nation relies on to move forward.The cultivation of an upward mindset in Chinese culture not only has a solid social foundation,but also faces the impact of negative cultural attitudes such as impa-tience,vulgarity,decadence and paranoia.Promoting the Chinese spirit,strengthening education in ideals and be-liefs,carrying out cultural criticism,strengthening cultural governance,developing education and cultural cause,resisting erroneous cultural trends,correcting negative cultural attitudes,and cultivating a good social mindset con-stitute the goal and path system for cultivating an upward mindset in the new era.
