The Problems of Party Building Leading the Grassroots Social Governance and its Countermeasures——Take Henan Province as an example
Effective governance at the grassroots level cannot be achieved without the strong leadership of the CPC.To advance the construction of modern Henan,it is necessary to continuously promote Party building leading grassroots social governance innovation and strengthen the foundation for high-quality economic and social develop-ment.However,the Party building leading grassroots governance under the new situation is faced with such prob-lems as unclear ideological understanding,insufficient organic integration,insufficient play of governance role,and underoptimized work mechanism.We need to continue to improve the leadership of grassroots Party organiza-tions in social governance,improve the urban and rural grassroots governance system led by the Party organiza-tions,construct a pattern of"one core and multiple elements"governance bodies,constantly improve the level of basic work at the grassroots level,and promote the presentation of a new picture of grassroots governance.
