The Government's Protection for Participatory Budget
The participatory budget helps to promote budget democracy,improve budget fairness,restrict the abuse of budget power and prevent administrative corruption.At present,there are some deficiencies in China's par-ticipatory budget,such as poor participation channels,insufficient budget disclosure,low regulation level,too strong administrative control and so on.In this regard,the government should hold the mentality of tolerance and cooperation at the conceptual level,reshape the structural model of participatory budget at the structural level,es-tablish a complete and stable legal system at the level of administrative law,so as to realize the transformation of participatory budget from"management"to"governance",and establish a perfect modern budget system.
