Hidden Risks and Countermeasures in Rural Social Governance System under Unexpected Events
Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the rural social governance system is constantly improving.However,with the increasing number of unexpected events,there are still some urgent risks and hidden dangers that need to be addressed:the risk of organizational lag in efficient mobilization by superiors and inefficient implementation by grassroots organizations,the risk of resource scarcity due to limited funds for ru-ral public services and increasing demand for public services by farmers,the risk of public opinion events due to the supply of information from multiple sources and limited farmers'rational judgment ability,the moral miscon-duct risk of the contradiction between public moral rationality and the logical behavior of rural acquaintances in so-ciety.Faced with the risks and hidden dangers in the rural social governance system,temporary social emergency governance does not address the root cause.It is recommended to start from enhancing the organizational leader-ship,resource guarantee,public opinion guidance,and moral cultivation of rural social governance entities,and find a response path that is suitable for rural characteristics to promote the improvement of the rural social gover-nance system.
