Research on the Structural Empowerment and Action Adaptation of High Quality Development of Volunteer Service in the New Era
The promotion of civilized practice volunteer services in Henan Province has adopted a structural op-timization and action guidance approach,achieving a shift in the strength of volunteer service teams from relative dispersion to aggregation and unity.The standardization,specialization,and socialization level of volunteer service projects are increasingly improving,and volunteer services have dual attributes of normal supply and service educa-tion.However,in the process of development,civilized practice of volunteer services is still limited by the modern-ization level of social governance system and capacity:the weak foundation of charitable and public welfare devel-opment limits the financing channels of volunteer organizations;the regional economy and fiscal level limit the in-clusive and balanced development of the new era's civilization practice stations;the limited absorption of social vol-unteer forces makes it difficult to continuously expand the scope of volunteer services.To this end,government de-partments need to continuously empower the high-quality development of civilized practice volunteer service by im-proving institutional mechanisms,strengthening organizational teams,accurately implementing projects,strength-ening business training,providing strong guarantees,deepening research and interpretation.
