Advantages,Challenges and Countermeasures for Gansu to Build a Commanding Height of Culture in the New Era
This article focuses on implementing the spirit of the"Implementation Plan for Gansu Integrating into the'Belt and Road'Initiative and Building a Cultural Commanding Height in the New Era".It promotes the Silk Road spirit demonstrated by Gansu,which converges diverse cultures,publicizes Gansu's Dunhuang culture,ances-tor culture,and Yellow River culture,highlights the advantages of Gansu's cultural resources,deeply excavates and inherits and innovates the academic connotations of Dunhuang studies,bamboo slips studies,etc.,clarifies the chal-lenges for Gansu to seize the cultural commanding height.Combining the actual situation of Gansu's cultural inheri-tance and innovation,it proposes practical paths for Gansu to seize the cultural commanding height from four as-pects:adhering to the leadership of the Party,launching more cultural business cards,enhancing the internal strength of the cultural tourism industry,and deepening the integrated development of culture and tourism.
