Analysis on the Characteristics of Platform Capitalism from the Perspective of Social Reproduction
Although platform capitalism is a staged development within the scope of capitalism,it has shown new characteristics due to the leading role of the platform.Using Marx's theory of social reproduction to study the latest stage of the development of contemporary capitalism,and analyzing its realistic performance and main char-acteristics in all links of production,exchange,distribution and consumption,we can find that the exploitation es-sence of capitalism has not changed,and the socialization of production and private ownership of capitalism are still the basic contradictions of platform capitalism.Therefore,the analysis of platform capitalism based on social reproduction theory of Marxist is conducive to unveiling its mystery,and it is also an inevitable requirement to real-ize the contemporary value of Marxist political economy.
