Handling food safety public interest litigation cases with high quality and efficiency,and building a solid food safety defense line,is a concrete manifestation of the procuratorial organs'practice of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The current procuratorial organs have achieved certain re-sults in the field of food safety public interest litigation,and have formed a series of systematic experience and prac-tices.However,in practice,they still face practical difficulties such as difficulty in discovering and characterizing clues,many practical and theoretical disputes in the field of food safety,easy rebound in supervision,and the need to further improve personnel quality.It is necessary to further start from typical cases,in-depth research,digital em-powerment,work norms,etc.,to provide practical and effective improvement paths for the optimization of the food safety public interest litigation system.
