How does the Opening of Public Data Promote Digital Development:A Study Based on fsQCA
With the rapid development of new ICT and computing technologies,public data is playing an increasingly important role in economy,society,administration,and scientific research.In order to help people understand how does the opening of public data propel the development of digitalization,this paper employs fsQCA to analysis the statistical data and the index data of 31 provinces of the Chinese mainland,with a view to explore how public data opening com bines with other factors to promote digitalization development.The results show that public data opening is possible to combine with other factors to promote digitalization development.There are three channels through which public data opening promotes digitalization development,these are,the channel of research and development funds investment,the channel of market scale pull,the channel of digital technologies application.
