Research on Collaborative Governance of Rural Public Culture in the Context of Rural Revitalization in China
Under the background of rural revitalization,enhancing the level of collaborative governance of rural public culture in China can not only promote the high-quality development of rural public culture but also help to advance the process of rural revitalization in a comprehensive and multi-domain manner.At present,China's rural public culture governance has achieved certain results in aspects such as administrative construction,improving rural cultural productivity,enriching public participation channels,and stimulating the enthusiasm of cultural construction subjects.However,there are also problems such as the absence of governance subjects,lack of value consensus for collaborative governance,fragmented and unsustainable participation channels,and insufficient collaborative motivation.Based on this,the article proposes collaborative practice paths that include perfecting a multi-stakeholder collaborative system,building a consensus on cooperation and shared values,creating integrated and sustainable participation platforms,and constructing multi-directional interest linkage mechanisms,with the aim of strengthening the concept of multi-stakeholder collaboration,strengthening collaborative ties,stimulating the internal drive for co-construction and sharing,and forming a complementary and efficient interconnected community governance pattern.
