Competency System Construction of Smart Librarians in the Digital-intelligent Era
It is very important that what core abilities should the smart librarian have and how to cultivate them in the digital-intelligent era.Based on the theory of output-oriented education and competency model,this paper puts forward the framework system of ability demand,training and evaluation of smart librarians,which is revised and improved by Delphi method.First of all,using the literature content and quantitative analysis method to extract the business needs of the smart library,combined with the needs of the national society,the training objectives of the smart librarian are proposed.Secondly,from the four dimensions of knowledge and technical skills,social skills,quality and morality,and literacy thinking,the training objectives are decomposed into nine measurable competency index systems for smart librarians.Finally,in order to ensure the full coverage and evaluation,the correlation matrix of the curriculum system and the index system is constructed,and the index measurement evaluation gauge and the guarantee mechanism for the sustainable development of the smart librarian team are formulated.
