Innovation for Inclusive Societies:The Cultural Volunteer Service Mechanism of Special Groups in Europe and America and Its Enlightenment
Based on the perspective of responsible innovation,this paper investigates the construction practice of cultural volunteer service mechanism for special groups in European and American countries,and summarizes four mechanism construction paths,such as guaranteeing the cultural volunteer needs of various special groups,realizing the sustainability of services based on projects and brands,constructing a long-term and systematic recruitment and training operation mechanism,and carrying out services with inter-library and social resources,in order to provide reference for improving the corresponding volunteer service mechanism in China.
