元宇宙场景下人工智能生成内容(AIGC)赋能图书馆用户服务研究

元宇宙空间需要用海量内容填充,作为元宇宙场景下重要的内容生产方式,人工智能生成内容(AI-Generated Content,AIGC)能够推动图书馆转型与变革,在图书馆用户服务方面具有无限可能.文章在元宇宙视域下,从AIGC在图书馆用户服务智慧化转型中的作用、元宇宙带来的挑战以及用户对新技术的期待三个方面论证了AIGC赋能图书馆用户服务的必要性,并提出AIGC赋能图书馆用户服务的潜在应用场景包括智能咨询、知识保存与发现、智能翻译与个性化推荐.为推动AIGC的应用实践,图书馆须促进数据、算法、算力融合发展,加强人机协同发展并重视相关法律规范的制定与落实.
Research on Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)Empowering Library User Services in a Metaverse Scenario
Metaverse space needs to be filled with massive amounts of content.As an important content production method in the metaverse scenario,AIGC can drive the transformation and change of libraries,and has infinite possibilities for application in library services.From the perspective of metaverse,this paper demonstrates the necessity of AIGC empowering library user services from three aspects:the role of AIGC in the smart transformation of library user services,the challenges brought by the metaverse and the users'expectations of new technologies.It is proposed that AIGC can enable multiple library user service scenarios such as intelligent consultation,knowledge preservation and discovery,intelligent translation and personalized recommendation.In order to promote the application of AIGC,libraries need to promote the integration of data,algorithms and computing power,strengthen the development of human-machine synergy and pay attention to the development and implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
