Interpretation on the Development Vein and Core of Library Spirit under the Background of High-quality Development
China has entered a new stage of development,and promoting high-quality economic and social development is a new theme of the times.Librarianship is related to people's livelihood,and library spirit is an important guarantee to promote social fairness and justice.It is the mission of modern library to build a people-centered library and realize people's free and all-round development.Based on the transformation of library construction concept,this paper traces back the development vein and core transformation of library spirit from ancient library,modern library to contemporary library from a historical perspective,analyzing the logical relationship between people-centered construction concept and library spirit,and then puts forward the realization strategy of high-quality development of people-oriented libraries with clear core library management concept,technology-enabled libraries and diversified library management system.
