Research on the Strategies and Paths for the Transformation of Cultural Connotation in Public Libraries
The realization of Chinese path to modernization in the new era requires that public cultural services play a greater role in promoting the all-round development of people,condensing the spiritual strength of the people,and enhancing the soft power of national culture,which puts forward new requirements for the construction of library cultural connotation.Libraries should fully leverage their social education functions in cultural connotation construction strategies,implement reading promotion work,and carry out cultural construction activities such as public welfare,diversified,systematic,professional,academic,and socialized exhibitions and lectures for the public.In the construction path,we will fully leverage the functions of community libraries,combine top-down cultural construction with bottom-up cultural construction,comprehensively enrich the cultural connotations of public libraries,and make the library of the new era a spiritual home in people's hearts.
