Research on the High-quality Development of County Rural Public Cultural Services under the New Endogenous Theory
Organically combining external support with the internal consciousness of villages,and adopting the new endogenous development of internal and external symbiosis and upward and downward linkage,is a realistic choice for promoting the high-quality development of China's rural public cultural services at this stage.Under the new endogenous theory,the high-quality development of rural public cultural services emphasizes the realization of high-quality development of public cultural services from the perspective of overall development,based on the resources and needs of the countryside,and realizes the high-quality development of public cultural services through the interaction and connection between villages and the outside,resource integration,reform and innovation.The article deeply deconstructs the Hanin model,which was selected as a national"typical case of high-quality development of grass-roots public cultural services".It is believed that in order to break the new endogenous dilemma of weak consciousness of rural culture,lack of integration,and insufficient innovative power,it is indispensable to the overall planning and promotion from the top down led by the county government,the inheritance and promotion of the excellent traditional culture,the effective play of the role of the rural self-governing organizations and their organization and management,and the logic of resource integration and multi-dimensional innovation under the guidance of the technology and the synergy of rules and regulations under the idea of"culture +".
