Research on Data Governance Strategies in University Libraries from the Perspective of Dark Data
Research on data management in university libraries can develop new ideas for the application of data in libraries.The article uses network survey method and literature analysis method to review the progress of dark data research,summarize the connotation,causes,value and composition of dark data in university libraries,and explore the data governance strategy of university libraries from the perspective of dark data.According to the characteristics of university library data,the dark data governance framework of university libraries is constructed,with the establishment of systematic data center as the core,professional data librarians,intelligent data extraction and standardized data standards as the support,and through the strict data quality and data security control,the unified management and revealing of all kinds of library data throughout the whole life cycle is achieved at four levels,namely,data layer,protection layer,governance layer and application layer.
